How did you record with your cellphone? Does the alex theatre have metal detectors or use wands? I want to bring in my audio recorder to record a concert. (The venue says recording policy depends on the specific event company, but they havent responded to my emails, and its been months now so, I'm just wondering.) At least an audio recorder wont be distracting to anyone during the event and I'll be able to have a live keepsake of the performance.
